Speed slowdown

Our uplink provider has a big problem with traffic load on his gateway. They promised that their slow router will be replaced on October, 14. If you want to download a couple of movies, maybe you should wait until this date.

Oct 16 UPD: They still have some problems.

Oct 25 UPD: We’re trying our best, but their technical staff still do nothing for our problem, and we can only contact with them via our colocation provider. Sounds like a joke, we have the information that they have fired their CTO, and the new one has no idea how to configure new router.

There was 20% speedup about 1 hour ago. I think they are still working on it. More details tomorrow...

i hope so im down loading now a file thats busy now for about 1.5 houre, downloadspeed still the same low 20kb sec or less (9kbsec)thhis dures houres and houres for only 100mb.jup we only can wait.hope its soon back to normal

when they restore the download speed? still slow speed for over a week now.

how long does this slow speed stays for 2 weeks i cant use rghost.because it is death slow with 20 to 25kbs. when they repair the there slooooooow connection by the way rghost was great but this dont work proper please fix the stuff this is annoying i know u cant do any thing about it but that server should do some thing .

FOR 1 MONTH OR SO ...THE DOWNLOADS WERE PERFECTLY FINE !!!

RGHOST IS NOT ALLOWING MY DOWNLOAD MANAGER TO DRAW MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS FOR SINGLE FILE ALSO ....

IF I PAUSE A DOWNLOAD AND AGAIN RESTART IT ... IT SHOWS SOM ERROR LIKE "stream-count-limit.html" ... ALL MY DOWNLOADS GO WASTE ....AND I CANT DLOAD FURTHER !!! AS MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS FOR A SINGLE FILE HAS STOPPED SPEED HAS ALSO DECREASED !!!!

again for weeks now what s happening for a couple of times it was fast then along time slow the speed is changing very oft lately it gettin slower and slower?????????
