Why are you still allowing movies to be uploaded but stopping people from downloading them?

I have seen loads uploaded after that date and even downloaded 1 but the rest just have this link saying no movies but still have the full details of the movie like format, bitrate, codec etc.

we can not restrict upload files. we can only delete files after uploading. full details generated after uploading and never will be deleted
